Modular filling brake "left version" with 2 polished ceramic eyelets (central through hole Ø 4.7 mm) and 2 integrated devices for fine adjustment of the yarn tension, consisting of: 2 pairs Slide Shoes type HC made of spring steel. The surface is hard chrome plated with a minimum hard chrome coating thickness of 20 µm. The contact surfaces of the sliding shoes are ground flat and provided with diamond polish, on running surfaces and on the inlet and outlet radius: Ra 0.5 μm. Vickers hardness: HV = 1200. The fastening of the brake occurs through 2 internal M4 threads. Application: Yarn tension adjustment at rigid monofilament fibers with a high abrasion tendency.

Brünierte, modulare Fadenbremse "linke Ausführung" mit 2 polierten Ösen aus Keramik (Durchgangsbohrung Ø 4,7 mm) und 2 integrierten Spanneinrichtungen für die Feineinstellung der Fadenspannung, bestehend aus: 2 Paar Gleitschuhen Typ HC aus Federstahl. Die Oberfläche ist hartverchromt mit einer Mindestschichtdicke der Hartchrombeschichtung von 20 µm. Die Auflageflächen der Gleitschuhe sind eben geschliffen und mit Diamantpolitur, an Laufflächen und am Ein- und Auslaufradius, versehen: Ra 0,5 μm. Härte nach Vickers: HV = 1200. Die Befestigung der Fadenbremse erfolgt über 2 Innengewinde M4. Einsatzgebiet: Fadenspannungseinstellung bei starren monofilen Garnen mit hoher Abriebsneigung.
